Deposit Policy
Refundable rates: Requires 50% deposit at time of booking
Non-refundable rate: Requires 100% deposit at time of booking
Room Rates
All rates are based on double occupancy, per room, per night, and are subject to Maine rooms tax (currently 9%) and a 6% resort fee. Additional guests may be added for a fee, adults 16+ $100 per night, or children ages 3-15 for $75 per night, excluding Maine rooms tax and resort fee.
The resort fee covers unlimited access to our geothermally heated pool and fitness center, high speed WiFi throughout the resort and grounds, coffee & tea service, curated art installations, special on-site programming, and exclusive access to Prouts Neck Private Clubs, including the Prouts Neck Country Club, Prouts Neck Beach Club, and Prouts Neck Yacht Club. Cancellation Policy
Refundable rates: Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, a full refund of the advance deposit less a $60 administrative fee will be issued only if the Inn is notified of your cancellation at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Within days of arrival, your deposit is non-refundable and will be collected as a cancellation fee.
Non-refundable rates: Your reservation is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed.
Pet Policy

Arrivals
Check in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be provided based on same day availability. Please inform our Guest Services team in advance if you require a late arrival after 11:00 PM.
Departures
Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be provided based on same day availability, additional costs may apply.
